You can grow a special personal healing plant or garden. Here is a way to have a truly personal relationship with your garden. It is magical method of growing your own personal healing plants. I do this and it's fun!
Choose your spot for the planting and stand barefoot on the prepared soil. The idea is to have your body, with its unique chemistry, in contact with the earth, sending the intelligent Earth information about which particular nutrients you will need from the soil.
As you stand there, hold your seeds in your hand and offer them up to the sky, asking the blessing of the cosmos for your planting. Pray, ask, and intend that these plants are dedicated to your personal well being.
Now you stand aligned with the earth and the cosmos, through your body. Now place the seeds in your mouth, allowing your own saliva to be the first water that your seeds will use to begin their sprouting phase. Now the plants will grow with your personal body chemistry in their life.
Plant the seeds, say another blessing, and allow them to be in the ground for the first three days with only the water from your saliva, before giving them the first watering. Your plants will grow up to be a special healing medicine just for you!
